In response to the paucity of data on treatment adherence in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) in Africa, and the difficulties with non-adherence in Soweto in particular, The Cardiovascular Journal of Africa recently published the findings of a study conducted in Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital.
